How to play easy F chord on guitar! #guitarlesson #guitaradvice #guitar

🎸 Learn how to play an easy F chord on guitar! Instead of having to do that tricky bar chord, we can try this: Skip the first string and put our index finger on the first fret of the B string, which is the second thinnest string.

Next, place your middle finger on the second fret, then your pinkie on the third fret of the next string, and your ring finger just above it. It's helpful to reach your thumb over the top and lightly touch the thickest string, muting it. Additionally, the underside of your index finger should automatically mute the thinnest string.

With this finger placement, we end up with the middle four strings, creating a nice fat F chord. This is much better, in my opinion, than the other smaller F chord often seen in songs for practice.
