HOW FAST CAN I RUN A MILE

Theres actually nothing I love more than getting better at something. Hard work can't be faked and that's why I'm attracted to it.

Although this isn't the world best mile time, I enjoyed the challenge / thrill of pushing myself and can celebrate the run times that I've NEVER done before.
