Plastic Parts vs Bone and Tusq, Can you Hear a Difference?

Today I am replacing the Plastic Saddle and Bridge on a beautiful Epiphone Jumbo Acoustic guitar with a Tusq saddle, and also installing a hand-made bone nut.
