I did F45 every day for a month

Hi Guys!

I hope you enjoyed watching me try F45 for a full month! I had a great time and I can't recommend the workout enough! If you like circuit style training I definitely suggest giving F45 a try after quarantine is over.

I also want to make it very clear that all of this footage was filmed before Covid-19 was widespread in America and before Massachusetts had any cases.
