Donald Trump says nobody can say whether Lebanon blast was an attack

One day after he claimed the massive explosion in Beirut that killed 135 people looks like a 'terrible attack', the US president continued to doubt reports it was an accident related to storage of 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate. 'I mean, how can you say accident? Somebody was, you know, left some terrible explosive-type devices and things around, perhaps,' Trump said. 'Perhaps it was that. Perhaps it was an attack. I don't think anybody can say right now'
