Dr. Sugai Reviews: Krave’s Beet Shield/Beet the Sun- Does this Sunscreen “Beet” Its Competition?

Update: as of now, this product was pulled off the market after spf testing was done and showed that spf was lower than label. Sad to hear this news as I really liked it.

Another K-Beauty/Korean Beauty sunscreen product review by a board certified dermatologist! This is the first Krave Beauty product I have tried to date...

I am really excited (probably the most excited out of any video thus far) to release this sunscreen review on Krave Beauty's The Beet Shield which is the exact formulation as their Krave Beet the Sun. This has been a highly requested sunscreen (or "antioxidant day fluid" in the US) and I will dive into it without reading any other reviews on the product and will start using it right after getting a powerful chemical peel (TCA peel). Does this one live up to the hype in my book? Looking for a sunscreen for dry skin this winter?

Questions that I will review:
Does it leave a white cast? Is it irritating after a resurfacing cosmetic procedure? Does it leave a matte finish? Is it better for oily or dry skin? What are the ingredients in it?

This is the second purely chemical-based sunscreen reviewed on my channel (the other being Purito's Centella Unscented- watch it at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQ07l3oGEvM ). This sunscreen is SPF 50+ and PA++++ and I will mention its FIVE UV filters in this video.
