This may be a better option than those who are already trying the eat stop eat method, which is for Once or twice a week, you don’t eat anything from dinner one day, until dinner the next day, basically a 24 hour fast on 2 non consecutive days of the week, where the other 5 you go as usual. Or the omad diet, which stands for one meal a day, usually shortly after sunset in a 1 hour window, with the next 23 hours of fasting. Which surprisingly works wonders in a lot of people.

Exercise with intermittent fasting

Don't let your diet become the excuse for not exercising. If you find that you cant exercise because you are fasting. Then you need to reconsider either the type of intermittent fasting you're doing or the type of exercises you are demanding out of your body. The most important thing here is to make sure you are listening to your body.
