MINDFUL PRACTICE Bodyweight Strength Workout | Human 2 0

Try this BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH WORKOUT mindful practice 8 min follow along routine, shown here by Human 2.0 strength and mobility coach Emma Bissonnette. This workout is designed to help you add some strength training to your day in a safe and effective way by slowing things down a little so you can really pay attention to form.

This workout pairs well with any kind of conditioning (jog, sprint, bike, walk, skip, hike, swim, etc) or stretch or both. We have lots of other mini workout blocks that fit the bill!
