On Cloudstratus - First Run

The new On Cloudsratus is listed as a max cushion shoe, with a bigger toe box, better fit in the heel, and squishier clouds of Helion foam in a double stack configuration. So will these changes make for an On running shoe that works in the max cushion category? Or are the promise of clouds still just hot air?
