10 Minute ARMS and ABS Workout (No Repeat + Modifications)

Tap in with us for a quick 10 Minute Arms and Abs Workout 🔥. This workout is all about targeting the entire upper body while keeping your abs engaged in the process. All you need is a soft surface and light pair of dumbbells (3-10lbs) to do this workout. Some of the exercises may be a bit too difficult, so feel free to follow Toya for modifications.
