Mental Health Symptoms Explained

A few days ago one of my subscribers asked me to make a video to explain the various mental health symptoms that are listed on the mental health disability benefits questionnaire. This is mental health symptoms explained!

Here are the first 14 symptoms and I will be covering the rest of them in a separate video.

Depressed Mood or Major Depressive Disorder
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Suspiciousness
Panic attacks that occur weekly
Chronic Sleep Impairment
Mild memory loss
Flattened Affect
Circumstantial Speech
Circumlocutory Speech
Stereotyped Speech
Difficulty Understanding Complex Commands
Impaired Judgement
As your mental health symptoms do not transfer over to a VA rating for mental health it is pretty close. Here is a list of all of the mental health symptoms on the DBQ and you need to keep in mind that in addition to having and being diagnosed with these symptoms, the other factors you want to keep in mind is the frequency, duration and severity of your symptoms as well as how they effect your work and social life otherwise known as occupational and social impairment.
