Penne a la Vodka || What's in your pantry?

This is not a Vietnamese dish, but this is a commonly-made dish in our house because you only need a few ingredients!

- 1 pound of penne pasta
- 2 shallots
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1 small can of tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 1/2 cup Vodka
- 1 cup of heavy cream (could use up to 1.5 cup of heavy cream)
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Chili flakes
