Looking for some comfort food? This is one of our family's favorite meals when we want to indulge!

To make this you'll need:
- 2-3 lbs of ground beef
- 2-3 stalks of celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 small onions or 1 large onion
- 3-4 lbs of potatoes
- sour cream
- butter
- salt
- pepper
