Following up with their previous success of Tuan Residency, now the team is launching a new phase and based on my observations, it's definitely an upgrade.

This team applied their cost and practicality design approach to this project, where structural and space planning are standard. But they spiced things up by adding an overall colonial theme to the project. As a result, you have a fun project to live in within an affordable price range.

The location is right next to the intersection between DUKE highway and Jalan Kuching. This connects the project to main addresses such as Mont Kiara, KL City Centre, PJ, Damansara and etc. However, there are risks of having traffic noise so maybe there will be a need to treat the windows.

I personally enjoyed the honesty of the team for being extremely transparent with the site condition. It's located in between a car warehouse as well as the high tension cable and they shared their design approach on addressing them.
