15 MIN FEEL GOOD YOGA FLOW | Move, Stretch, Breathe & Find Flow

Hello my lovely friends! Here is a short and sweet Feel Good Yoga Flow. We will stay low to the ground, move and warm our bodies, breathe and really just take this time to feel good. This is an all levels yoga practice, suitable for beginners, people just getting back into yoga, or for those days when you're in need of a little movement to give you some positive energy.
