30 MIN YOGA BASED FITNESS WORKOUT | Sculpt, Tone & Strengthen

Hi everyone! We're mixing things up with this one – we’ll stay with yoga as our foundation, but bring in some bodyweight exercises to create a yoga based workout. Stay present with the breath, but feel the burn as we focus on strengthening the muscles throughout the body. Let me know in the comments how you feel after doing this one! Sophie x
