Resistance Training Programme with Elastic Bands (8 Exercises Explained)

In this video, you will learn how to perform the 8 exercises from the specialised resistance training programme with elastic bands for middle-aged and older adults.

This programme is part of Stefan's PhD in Human Sciences at the University of Greenwich.
This study has a University Research Ethics Committee Approval (FREC-EHHS-21-3-35-03), and it is registered as a clinical trial on ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05567237).

The exercises will be performed in the following order:
1. Squat with shoulder press
2. Biceps curl
3. Squat
4. Lat pull down
5. Deadlift
6. Triceps extension
7. Lunge
8. Upright row
