Insider Review - St Regis Florence (Deluxe Room, Arno River View and the Winter Garden Restaurant)

We stayed at the amazing St Regis Florence when we visited in Fall 2019 for our anniversary and it was a nice experience.

This was part 2 of our Italy Anniversary stay as we booked this for a special occasion and they definitely delivered with the Prosecco and the nice room view.

If you have never experienced a St. Regis hotel, you are assigned a butler who is there to take care of your every needs. They do everything from booking restaurants, research, few errands and even scheduling activities and making recommendations for you.

The main issue we had with out experience was that the check in girl did not give us all the information that we needed and confused us with what was part of our experience and what was extra cost. In addition to that, the evening ritual was quite lackluster as we were not given a menu or greeted at first and we felt very out of place. In the end it all worked out.

We started our trip back in April 2, 2019 from New York City. We quit our 9-6 jobs, sold all of our belongings, and began traveling full time.
