As Old As It Gets... A Great Hunt, With The Oldest Coin (For This Location)

I'm back near my "old path" with new exciting finds. It was a cold and windy, but partially sunny (May) day. The adventure started with a great find. A 1763 silver coin. According to my theory this is as old as it gets in a location like that. I was very surprised when I found it. I haven't expected it at all to be honest.

I made other interesting finds too. One that stud out came in two pieces. It was part of a pot, had a nice pattern, was broken and spread a few meters apart. I was able to find two parts that fit perfectly together. Were there others in the past? Is still something there, maybe too deep for my Deus?

Apropos Deus... I used the HF coil today, but come on - a little more than 8" depth in the air (!) on a 20 Cent (Euro) coin?! How am I supposed to find something with that (if it isn't located right below the surface). I'm "slowly" loosing confidence in this detector...

I meet a new (old) friend, the bumblebee. She came running to me like a small dog. A great moment...

I hope you had a little bit of fun.

Thanks for watching.

P.s. This is my recent relic hunt in similar conditions, but a new Deus setting: https://youtu.be/IOLQyILp-IA
