Best Keftethes - Greek Meatballs

Keftethes are the classic Greek meatballs, flavoured with onions, garlic, oregano and mint, and cooked to a nice golden brown. They are great at room temperature as an appetizer, or cooked in a sauce for over pasta. Either way, they are a great addition to the Greek repertoire.
