WHAT WE EAT AFTER A HARD SWIM - Breakfast For Dinner | Mediocre Munchies Ep 2

It's the second ever episode of Mediocre Munchies, and we did breakfast for dinner! Breakfast, if done correctly, can actually be a very nutritious, balanced meal, so why not use it to recover from a long, hard swim workout? In this epic cookout session, we pulled out our camping stove and got outside to cook up some waffles, pancakes, eggs, and sausage with a side arugula salad. What swim workout were we recovering from? If you're a triathlete, put this on the schedule:

All hundreds are on the same interval (the fastest you can hold). Miguel did 1:10. Jenna held 1:15. Do as many rounds as you want...we usually do 5 rounds on a faster interval, but this was a special day.
