20 MIN GLUTES & HAMSTRINGS WORKOUT with Dumbbells | Build Lower Body Muscle
This 20-minute glutes and hamstrings workout is designed to build your lower body with effective exercises that maximize muscle growth.
In this session, the workout intervals will be 30 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.
SUMO SQUAT 3 ROUNDS
DUMBBELL SWING 3 ROUNDS
SPLIT SQUAT 2 ROUNDS
FROG PUMP 3 ROUNDS
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT 3 ROUNDS
SIDE LUNGE 2 ROUNDS
SUMO DEADLIFT 3 ROUNDS
SIDE LEG LIFT 2 ROUNDS
GLUTE BRIDGE 3 ROUNDS
I'll be using 20 and 44 lb dumbbells. Feel free to take breaks as needed and adjust the weight.
