The Art of Mindfulness | Amanda Margareth | TEDxUNDIP
Many people lose hope because they can’t find other people’s thoughtfulness in what they’re experiencing. They often forgot to have faith in the last person they can always rely on, which is their self. In this talk, Amanda explained how mindfulness may guide you to creating your own world with choosing how you want to see it, not with judgement, but simply with an open mind, acceptance, forgiveness, and gratitude. Having more than enough experiences in discovering things involving mental health, she continues to strives for advocacy in the specific field.
Amanda is an advocate in mental health who’s currently undergoing the study of Naval Architecture Engineering at Diponegoro University, Semarang and has inspired countless youth with her works.
