In order to keep up with the explosive growth of T-Mobile, Giri Shivarathri, a T-Mobile Principal Architect and a Snowflake Data Superhero, led the effort to move the company off its on-prem system and onto Snowflake as a way to eliminate data pipeline bottlenecks. In this live interview at Snowflake Summit with Carly Hayden, Startup Program Lead at Snowflake, Giri talks about the benefits of that move as well as the innovative efforts his team is making to automate many of the processes in the data workflow. The goal? To achieve a zero-code environment. “We believe in writing code that writes codes for us. We don't believe in writing individual processes to do a single task.”
