Career Mode Game-Changer! MSFS  2024 Cessna 172 Autopilot Visual Approach Tutorial. NO ILS NEEDED!

Did you know that in MSFS 2024 the Cessna 172 will fly an Autopilot GPS Visual Approach all the way down to any runway, without the use of ILS or RNAV? This is the most useful trick I've found for nailing those S-Grade light cargo missions as the autopilot approach will give you that buttery-smooth landing every time.

There is one catch though. You'll be flying a VISUAL approach, which means terrain and obstacle clearance is not guaranteed. You can do this quite safely in the mountains if you can see the terrain, and it works well for IMC conditions where you know the terrain is flat. It gets very sketchy in IMC conditions in alpine terrain though. Always be ready to abort and have a plan to climb out safely without smacking into a mountainside.
