HOW TO MAKE KOREAN PAJEON (파전) PANCAKE | KOREAN CUISINE

In this week's recipe video, I'm showing you how to make Korean Pajeon (파전). Pajeon is a savoury pancake usually enjoyed when it's raining. Koreans believe the sounds of rainfall are similar to pajeon cooking. ✶Ingredients✶
Haemul Pajeon
◆ 1 cup Korean pancake mix
◆ 3/4 cup cold water
◆ 1.5 cups mixed seafood
◆ 1 tsp sesame oil
◆ 1 bunch green onions
◆ Korean red chili peppers to taste

Dipping Sauce
◆ 1 tbsp white vinegar
◆ 1 tbsp soy sauce
◆ 1 tbsp minced white onion
◆ 1 tsp granulated sugar
◆ 1 tsp sesame seeds
◆ pinch of dried red pepper flakes

Recipe makes two 8-inch pancakes.
