Seafood pancake (Haemul-jeon) | 海鲜饼

Hello, everyone! Today I'm gonna make my favorite Korean food: seafood pancake. I've had them at Korean restaurant for several times, even though the dish itself is really good, it feels like that I haven't got enough seafood in the little pancakes, so I decide to make them by myself. I add generous seafood in this recipe, I'm so satisfied with the homemade seafood pancakes this time, you could also try it out at your kitchen!

Full ingredients:
(Serving: 20 2"-pancakes )
Squid 8oz
Shrimp 4oz
Scallop 4oz
Chili pepper 1
Shallot 3
Carrot 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Potato starch 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper 1tsp
Sesame oil 1tsp
Vegetable oil 1/3 cup
