Joe Biden conducts ‘strange’ conversation with Barack Obama

Sky News host Chris Kenny says Presidential candidate Joe Biden has conducted a staged and “strange” conversation with former US president Barack Obama.

Discussing Mr Biden's campaigning, Mr Kenny said, "he is woolly-minded, forgetful, plain vague at times, and therefore he doesn't do press conferences or many off the cuff events".

“Biden really is the Chauncey Gardener of American politics isn't he,” Mr Kenny said.

“And it is so hard to see him ‘Being There’ come November”.
