Disclaimer: these images have nothing to do with the audio on background, except for the Duga sequence. The Woodpecker is not a channel marker but rather a signal generated by the missile defense radar network on the photo. For reference, there is no such thing as "Duga-3". There were several secret objects in the Duga (i.e. 'Arc') series of early warning systems, but none were code-named "Duga-3".
