Dealing with a creditor when/if you're judgment proof
You may believe that a lawsuit should not be answered because you don't have anything to pay. Once you have verified that any assets you own cannot be 'taken' by a creditor then you may just tell them. So you write them a letter and will that stop them you wonder?
