ROWING A PRIVATE GONDOLA ON VENICE CANALS (way harder than it looks)

We thought we had experienced everything Venice had to offer, but we were wrong! Today we head out with Row Venice to learn how to be a gondolier and paddle our own private gondola on the canals of Venice! Turns out its a lot harder than it looks! But that doesn't stop us from first learning to row in the front position, AND the back position way up high on the gondola! Boats zip by our gondola as we make our way around the network of Venetian canals and learn the ancient techniques of rowing. Afterwards, we grab some lunch at La Prosciutteria and catch a water taxi from our private dock to head to the airport! Our time in Venice was amazing, and was the best finale to our travels through Italy!
