Sambel 1 :
13 rawit (13 pods of Thai chili)
1/2 bh tomat (half a tomato)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
1 siung bawang putih (a clove of garlic)
1/2 sdt garam (1/2 tsp of salt)
1 genggam kemangi (a handful of lime basil)

Sambel 2 :
50 gr cabai (2 oz of chili)
1 bh tomat (a tomato)
3 siung bawang merah (3 bulbs of shallot)
1 ruas jari trasi (1/4 oz of fermented shrimp paste)

Sambel 3 :
2 bh tomat (2 tomatoes)
100 gr cabai (4 oz of chili)
5 Btr kemiri (5 candlenuts)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves of garlic)
1 ibu jari trasi (1/2 oz of fermented shrimp paste)
1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk (1/2 tsp of stock powder)
1 sdt gula (1 tsp of sugar)

Sambel 4 :
50 gr cabai (2 oz of chili)
1 ibu jari trasi (1/2 oz of fermented shrimp paste)
1/2 sdt gula (1/2 tsp of sugar)

Sambel5 :
50 gr rawit (2 oz of Thai chili)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves of garlic)
3 siung bawang merah (3 bubs of shallot)
1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk (1/2 tsp of stock powder)

Sambel 6 :
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
7 rawit merah (7 pods of Thai chili)
1 bt sereh (a stalk of lemongrass)
1/4 sdt garam (1/4 tsp of salt)
1 SDM air lemon (1 tbsp of lemon juice)

Sambel 7 :
150 gr cabai (6 oz of chili)
2 bt daun bawang (2 stalks of scallion)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves of garlic)
1 sdt kaldu bubuk (1 tsp of stock powder)
2 genggam kemangi (2 handfuls of lime basil)
1 SDM air jeruk lemon (1 tbsp of lemon juice)
