SNS 274 Part 1: Armstrong Tool Holder Modification and Restoration

I do some repairs and restoration work on an Armstrong No. 41 Planer and Shaper Tool holder that I'm giving my friend Lance to use in his G&E shaper. We used the Fireball fixture plate and a boring head in the mill to properly machine a counter bore, then do a cleanup on all of the components.
