G&E Shaper Universal Table Repair Part 1

This started off with my attempt to tram in the table to start making the first chips on the shaper. But I quickly discovered a problem looming in the table. It was locked up and I couldn't adjust it.
This is the tear down and inspection of the tilting table, and getting it fixed up. While it was apart I decided it was the right time to give it a good cleaning and polishing too.
