This meditation was created to help you fall into a deep restful sleep. I know most of my meditations help the listener with this, but this meditation is targeted in specifically creating a deep deep restful sleep for those who may have trouble sleeping or those who aren’t able to get that full restful sleep. And I’ll tell you why.

As a mental Health Therapist, The first thing I ask all of my clients is, Before I get into any psychoanalysis, or existential crisis, I ask how are you sleeping.
And the answer I receive 9 times out of 10 is I’m sleeping poorly.
Then, after they tell me why they are in therapy and talk about their issues and problems, I give one simple suggestion after the first meeting. I tell them, what I want you to do is get enough sleep. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. And create a routine where you go to sleep the same time every night and wake up the same time every morning.
I know, it’s such a daunting task and only a small percentage of clients actually follow through, but it is clearly obvious the ones who did and the ones didn’t. Because the ones who began to get enough sleep and created that routine, it was like meeting a completely new person. Instead of being overcome with anger, anxiety, or depression, it’s like they saw the world in a whole new light. Like the sun began to shine brighter and the air smelled fresher than ever.

And their whole attitude changed to:
I have problems in my life yes, but I am ready to tackle those problems. I am ready to take control of my life and ready to do what I can to create a beautiful world for me and the ones I love.
And guess what? It happens. Their life becomes transformed.
Our mind is so amazing because it is designed to solve any problem and overcome any obstacle. We just need to make sure that our mind is working properly. And sleep for the mind is of utmost importance.

So I’m this meditation, I will guide you in releasing tension, anxiety, and anything else that is preventing you from relaxing, so that you can have that deep restful sleep that will have you waking up full of joy and energy.
