Cute Hyena Babies Nursing

Hyenas are often thought of as mean, aggressive animals and they are formidable predators but they are also loving, patient parents. In Kruger National Park it is relatively common to see hyenas denning next to the road because they sometimes utilize culverts for their den. That gives us humans the chance to watch how sweet they really are with their babies and friends.
