10 Reasons you Should Quit Coffee as a Registered Nurse
In this video I talk about the 10 Reasons Why You Should Quit Coffee as a Registered Nurse or a Healthcare Worker.
Quitting caffeine has changed my life. My skin has improved, I am more productive, and I have no more cravings for coffee.
As a healthcare worker, quitting coffee can be stressful in itself...especially the thought of quitting caffeine cold turkey. But before you say: "I would never quit coffee!", lets first look at the impact caffeine addiction may be having on your health and wellbeing.
