The vinyl used here is just random permanent vinyl so that the edges seal good.
The mug and etching cream were purchased from the Dollar Tree.

Today's short and simple video is showing how to make a vinyl stencil with a Cricut vinyl cutter (Explorer Air 2 in the video) and use it to etch a glass mug. I'm using Dollar Tree etching cream. I used an image from Cricut Design Space for the project. This is my first time doing this sort of project, just hoping to help some other people out that may be thinking of doing something like this themselves. This process can be used on all sorts of glass items and make great gifts.
