The purpose of this video is to show some of the basic equipment needed to start a small and simple pressure washing business. This would be what I consider the bare necessities for a weekend warrior or side hustle.
This is a starting point that can be upgraded as you go. What you start off with will likely depend on your budget and what you can afford. As you begin to get jobs and make money, you can then put some money back into your business and start to upgrade or add on new equipment.
Starting out with a small setup like this also lets you try out the industry without having so much to lose. If you do a few jobs and decide this just isn't the type of work you want to do, you're not out a ton of money or losing alot of depreciation value from buying a brand new rig that now would unfortunely be a "used" rig.
If pressure washing is something that you have some experience in and know that you want to go at this 100%, purchase the best that you can afford. Higher volume washers, bigger and better surface cleaners and hose reels will all help to become quicker and more efficient on jobs.
