Procedimiento para la producción eficiente y el almacenamiento y transporte seguro de hidrógeno para su uso en celdas de combustible. Se trata de un método de obtención de hidrógeno molecular a través de reacciones de deshidrogenación catalítica de enlaces químicos a temperatura ambiente, que permite superar las limitaciones de los actuales sistemas para la gestión sostenible y segura del hidrógeno como vector energético.

Desarrollado por personal investigador de la Universidad Jaume I, la Universidad de Zaragoza y el instituto de Tecnología Química de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia CSIC.

Es tracta d'un mètode d'obtenció d'hidrogen molecular a través de reaccions de deshidrogenació catalítica d'enllaços químics a temperatura ambient, que permet superar les limitacions dels actuals sistemes per a la gestió sostenible i segura de l'hidrogen com a vector energètic.

Procedure for efficient production and safe storage of hydrogen for use in fuel cells

Procedure for the efficient production and the safe storage and transportation of hydrogen for use in fuel cells. The technology is a method of obtaining molecular hydrogen by means of catalytic dehydrogenation reactions at room temperature. This method makes it possible to overcome the limitations of the systems currently employed for the sustainable and safe handling of hydrogen as an energy vector.
