1.240克低筋面粉放入碗里,80克白糖,3克吉利丁粉,1勺炼奶,5克碱水
2.80克玉米油,打入一个鸡蛋, 用筷子搅拌均匀,用手揉成面团
3.盖上保鲜膜备用,依次准备炒熟的黑白芝麻,花生 葡萄干 瓜子 核桃肉 瓜条 4.准备一个袋子,倒入瓜子,核桃 花生米 用擀面杖压碎,放入碗里
5.瓜条切碎,装入盘里,热锅倒入120克糯米粉,糯米粉炒至微黄就可以出锅 6.倒入切好的瓜条,糯米粉,黑芝麻 葡萄干 白芝麻
7.用筷子搅拌均匀,倒入5克食用油,用筷子搅拌均匀
8.用手可以抓成图就可以了,用秤称30克一个,用手捏成圆球,面团揉一下
9.分成20克一个的小剂子,用手不断往中间挤压 ,压扁,中间放入做好的圆球 10.用手捏圆,放入模具中,压紧倒扣脱模,放入烤箱180℃,烤二十分钟
11.20分钟后表面刷一层蛋黄 再次放入烤箱120℃ 烤十分钟 五仁月饼就做好了
