131ci Breakout / Build & Dyno Tune / Stupid Fast

131ci Builds are becoming very popular & are fast proving to be the new level of performance for many Milwaukee8 customers.
The Stage IV kit from Screamin' Eagle has all the right parts to make for a solid build. Included in the kit is CNC Cylinder heads with +1mm Valves in all corners, high lift valve springs & as the name suggests, have been beautifully ported via the precision of CNC machining.
A 64mm Throttle body & matching intake manifold supply all the air flow needed for the heads. 5.5gps Fuel Injectors, Screamin Eagle heavy duty Tappets & a Screamin' Eagle SE517 Cam.
The SE 517 has been swapped out for this build to the CYCLE-RAMA CR512.
Reasons for the cam swap are, more HP & TQ, better throttle response, smooth transition through entire TQ curve, wider Torque curve & most importantly.....better SOUND!!
This build required a little more added strength with a true'd, plugged & welded Flywheel to keep the bottom end in check.
I used S&S Billet lifter cuffs to help support the lifter with the higher lift.
The CYCLE-RAMA Compensator was installed to keep the Primary Drive in check & 1275nm Clutch Springs keep all the HP & TQ going to the ground.

There is a lot of work that goes on that is not captured on camera or included in the video, such as measuring piston to bore clearance, setting piston ring end gap, matching of the intake manifold to the heads & MOST Importantly, HEAT Cycling the engine.
I try to keep the video exciting & moving along without boring you too much with many many MANY minutes of footage where you can't see exactly what I'm doing or it's too hard to film by myself with the GoPro.
