Sushant Death Probe: Bihar government to challenge the BMC's order of Vinay Tiwari quarantine. 

The Supreme Court also condemned the forceful confinement of the IPS officer from Bihar in Mumbai by the civic body. BMC stated that the officer is supposed to go through the mandatory quarantine period. 

Vikash Singh, Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer states that a case like where the CBI should investigate or not, the power lies in the hands of Bihar police.
