Member of a Royal family of Ayodhya shares how Ayodhya changed after 1992 | Times Now i - Report

Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered prayers and laid down the foundation stone for Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, the site believed to be the birthplace of Lord Ram. While August 5 marks the formal launch of the Ram temple's construction, as promised by BJP, a member of a Royal family of Ayodhya recalls how Ayodhya was before 1992 and how it changed post the demolition of Babri Masjid.

Bimlendra Mishra says that Ayodhya was just like another city in the country. But then things changed a bit post-1992. Bimlendra Mishra suggests that things changed after politics entered as development was stalled for years by the ruling governments in the name of the Ram Mandir. He further suggests that CM Yogi Adityanath's focus is on Ayodhya and the place will flourish under BJP rule. Here is his story...
