Usually the kidney stones the formation is due to super saturation. Suppose if you put salt to water, in a glass of water, 1 spoon of salt, it will dissolve. Like that if you put 2 spoons, 3 spoons, then the salt getting precipitated. That means if the body fluids come low then the super saturation increases and the stone formation occurs. So basically the body fluid, even the later itself is sufficient enough to keep the body fluid so that the salt gets dissolved and moreover if you are drinking lemon juice per or orange juice per day, to prevent the stone formation. Basically the home made solution will contain potassium citrate and magnesium which are found in lemon and which are found in orange. So if you use lemon juice without salt, or if you use without salt, if you use orange juice without salt, and a good amount of water upto 1.5 litres, that is sufficient enough to prevent stone formation.
