Kindle the flame love yourself to a joyful life

Welcome – let’s kindle the flame, shall we? :)

You may be here because you feel there’s more, maybe you’ve tasted that life can offer you more, and you want that to fill your life. You want to fall in love with your life - all of it.

This episode is about centering yourself in an inner joyfulness and make space for aliveness - to prepare the soil for awakening your life force. From a decade of intense awakening experience, I share my simple answer to why we are not feeling our life force right now, and one thing (or two!) we might do about it!

As to why we don’t feel it now, my experience is that healing beyond our conditioning requires safety. To greater depth that we can imagine! This is something we must learn to give ourselves in all aspects and moments of life; because the reason we are still working through unconscious conditioning is that parts of us never experienced safety.

And for that to really work, we need not just our structured practices, but also more of a feminine energy within our practice and in life; a soft gentleness, an unconditional presence, to balance out the striving and cutting through illusions.
