Yoga Nidra Consciousness

Today I share what it was like the first time I experienced the state of consciousness that is Yoga Nidra! Or more precisely, I experienced a prolonged shifting between Yoga Nidra and subtle mind.

Yoga Nidra is a state corresponding to deep sleep, where all the contents of the mind exist in a latent form, and only awareness remains active. If we can enter this state consciously, there is a profound healing opportunity in releasing the unwanted attachments to our patterns at their very root. The more we release, the more we can integrate awakening to our true nature into a grounded experience in and of life.

In this episode, you'll learn more about what Yoga Nidra is, and I'll share my favourite yogic method to help us go there. You'll learn about other benefits of such methods as well, and about some of the things you might experience in these meditations.

I encourage you to experiment with what works best for you - and then stay at it every day! ;)

Among all the tools at our disposal for self-integration and awareness expansion, this is the one I recommend to everyone. It is simple, effective, can bring you all the way from physical to subtle experience, and trains your ability to focus your attention, preparing you for absorption.
