Chinese Pakoda 🤩
Ingredients:
1 Small Cabbage
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Cornflour
1/2tbsp Salt
1/2tsp Ajinamoto (optional)
1/2tsp Orange Red Food Color
1.5tbsp Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
Oil to Deep Fry

For the Sauce
1/2 Cup Shezwan Sauce
1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Water

Method:
1. Mix shezwan sauce, tomato sauce & water & bring to a boil.

Method:
1. Wash & cut cabbage fine.
2. Transfer chopped cabbage to a bowl. Add balane ingredients & mix well.
3. Cover & let it rest for 2 hours
4. Deep fry in hot oil for 6 - 7 mins on medium flame
