Paneer Tikka | Tandoori Paneer | Cook with Judy and Flo

Make restaurant-style Paneer Tikka at home with this easy recipe! Juicy, spiced paneer cubes grilled to perfection on a tawa, oven, or air fryer. Perfect as a starter or snack!

Paneer Tikka
Ingredients :
250g Paneer
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Capsicum
1tbsp Mustard Oil
1tsp Degi Mirch
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Salt
1/4tsp Black Salt
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
1/2tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4 Cup Hung Curd
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp Bhuna Besan
Juice of Half Lemon
A Pinch of Orange Red Food Color

Method :
1. In a bowl, add mustard oil, degi mirch, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, black salt, chaat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, food color, hung curd and bhuna besan. Mix Well.
2. Cut onion, capsicum, tomato and paneer into cubes.
3. Add it to the marinade. Mix Well and marinate for 10 mins.
4. Fill it in skewers.
5. You can cook them by frying them in a little oil for 7 - 8 mins or you can bake then for 8 - 10 mins in the oven.
6. Or you can barbeque it on a barbeque grill.
