Ingredients :

3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder)
1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder
1/2 tbsp carom seeds (Ajwain) (You can lessen the quntity according to you preference )
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp asofetida
1/3 cup chickpea flour(besan)
1 tbsp sugar / jaggery sugar (Optional)
sal to taste
3 tbsp Oil
1/3 cup Curd
1/2 cup to 1 cup Fenugreek leaves (fresh or dried)
1 cup water + 2 TBSP Water (it may vary little bit in your case)
1 tbsp Oil to smoothen out the dough
